State Assembly Board Member Duties

Board of Directors:
- Chair and serve on committees as assigned.
- Transact business along with the officers.
- Work with all officers and committees to achieve State Assembly goals.
- Performs finance audit and report annually as assigned by the President.
- Submits finance audit to Secretary for file.
